Itinerary Price Trip Specifics
Day 1
We enter this rustic and beautiful part of the Patagonia on the Carretera Austral, a Southern extension of the Panamerican Highway. Surrounded by mountains and virgin forests we will cross rivers, valleys and lakes that lay like jewels in a breathtaking mountainous landscape. Welcome drink. Accommodation in one of the hotels comfortable bungalows. Dinner in hotel.
Day 2
Horseback trek. American Breakfast. Climb the Zorzal Mountains on old colonial trails. Expert guids lead the trip through old growth forests until arriving at the 4 Lakes Viewpoint. Enjoy a picnic including a bottle of world-renowned Chilean wine while enjoying the breathtaking panorama of the surrounding lakes. After your return to the Estate enjoy the sauna or the beach at Lago Negro. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 3
Marble Cathedral. American Breakfast. Set sail on General Carrera Lake and witness the natural phenomena of the Marble Cathedral, a huge marble peninsula that shoots out of the deep blue waters. Enter several awe-inspiring caves by boat, passing within touching distance of their brilliant marble walls. At the end of this spectacular excursion enjoy an "asado", a traditional country style patagonian barbecue. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 4
White-Water Rafting. After breakfast in the Hacienda head south on the Carretera Austral for a white-water adventure on the Baker River. Navigate a variety of rapids, with the aid of experienced rafting guides;grades depending on ability and experience. Lunch and Dinner in hotel.
Day 5
Nature Reserve. After breakfast in the Hacienda head south Carretera Austral accompanying by a continuous view of the beautiful Baker River. Arrive at Cochrane, a typical patagonian town unchanged by time. In Cochrane visit the Tamango National Reserve. View schools of rainbow trout and perch swimming in clear river waters. Surrounded by pristine forests and cascades create a trekking adventure with your guide according to your interests. After your trek enjoy an asado in the middle of a pristine nature reserve. Dinner in hotel.
Day 6
Eco-Tourism. Breakfast in hotel. Leisure day to take advantage of optional excursions including mountain biking, boat rentals in the lake, trekking and more! Also enjoy the Estates many anemities. Lunch and dinner in hotel.
Day 7
Breakfast in hotel. According to your departure time we will leave the Hacienda heading north to Balmaceda Airport. If time permits enjoy a picnic in this virgin landscape and with its impressive beauty.
