Day 1
USA/Seoul - Depart USA on board your chosen flight to Seoul.
Day 2
Seoul - Arrival in Seoul. Meet tour guide and transfer to hotel.
Day 3
Seoul / Korean Folk Village / Seoul - After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a morning city-tour, which includes the Choson Dynasty Palace Kyongbok-gung, the Blue House, the National Folk Museum, and Seoul Tower on Mt. Namsan. In the afternoon, an excursion to the Korean Folk Village, outside Seoul, offers a superb and truly authentic display of Korean history. Return to Seoul. In the evening, enjoy a Korean folkloric performance. B, L, D
Day 4
Seoul / Kyongju - Express bus to Kyongju, the Museum Without Walls. Capital of the great Silla Dynasty, Kyongju was named by UNESCO as one of the world's 10 most important ancient cultural cities. An afternoon tour includes Punhwangsa Temple, Kyongju National Museum, Anapji Pond, Chomsongdae Astronomical Observatory, the Tumuli, and Choi's House. B, L
Day 5
Kyongju / Pusan - A morning tour of Kyongju includes Pulguksa Temple and Sokkuram Grotto - one of Asia's finest Buddhist shrines. Continue to Pusan, the country's principal international port city. In the afternoon, tour Yongdusan Park, Pusan Tower, Chagalch'i Fish Market, Taejongdae Seaside Cliff Park and the UN Memorial Cemetery. B, L
Day 6
Pusan / Cheju-do Island - In the morning, fly to idyllic Cheju-do Island, Korea's largest island, often described as the "Emerald Isle." In the afternoon, the tour of the provincial capital Cheju City, includes Moksokwon, the Cheju Folklore & Natural History Museum, Samsonghyol Shrine (Ancestral Spirit Cave), and Yongduam (Dragon Head Rock). Day 7
Cheju-do Island - Today's full-day tour includes Mt. Hallasan, Chonjiyon Waterfall, the Botanical Gardens, Chongbang Waterfall, Honeymoon Seaside Park, Songup Folk Village, Sangumburi Crater, Songsan Crater (also called Ilch'ul-bong, Sunrise Peak), and Manjanggul Cave, said to be the world's longest lava tube. Drive back to Cheju City. B, L
Day 8
Cheju-do Island / Seoul / USA - Transfer to Cheju Domestic Airport, fly to Seoul, then connect with your international flight home.
